Project Overview
The closing ceremony of the Roshn Saudi League season — trophy presentation and celebration staged in-stadium at Al Awwal Park, Riyadh, produced for domestic and international broadcast.
Technical Scope
- Full technical drawing package for the ceremony build: stage and trophy positions, rigging, power and data distribution, cable routing and pitch-protection layout
- Documentation prepared to allow parallel crews to build against a single reference
- Drawings issued as the operational source of truth for load-in inside a live matchday schedule
Key Challenges
The league title was still contested going into the final whistle. Two complete ceremony builds were documented and prepared, one for each possible outcome, with the knowledge that only one would ever be seen. Everything downstream — kit lists, crew allocation, load-in sequence, changeover timings — had to exist twice and collapse to one version in the minutes between the final whistle and the presentation, with no time to redraw anything on site.
