Al Ain’s ADNOC Pro League title celebration, staged at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium — trophy presentation and pitch-side ceremony in front of a full house and live cameras.
Technical Scope
- Lighting design for the trophy presentation and celebration sequence
- Technical drawings: plot, rigging positions, power and data distribution, focus documentation
- Rig balanced for broadcast exposure against stadium sports lighting already at full output
- Coverage planned for pitch-level presentation, player positions and crowd reaction shots
Key Challenges
The venue geometry set the plot from the first draft. A long throw from front of house meant fixture selection was decided by output and beam control at distance rather than by count, and every position had to justify its optical range before anything else. The stadium’s rigging structure was constrained, limiting where weight could be carried at all — so the design was resolved against the roof’s real hang points instead of an ideal grid, with ground-supported positions taking up the coverage the structure could not.
